yesterday . too hot . reached home at 7 . stormed out of house . walked down the street . all shops closed . walked on and on . found a pound shop . walked in and demanded a fan . sold out (FANS SOLD OUT?) . walked on . found another shop still open (closing soon actually) . walked in and demanded a fan . only had a huge standing one . bought it without hesitation . walked home . people stared . got home . took half hour to screw the stupid bottom bit on . but finally . it all paid off
effy slept like a baby
